Bookkeeping and Tax Filing Fees

Every recurring service has a published fee. What changes it is the volume of documents or the number of properties and owners, never your income.

How billing works

  • Recurring work is invoiced quarterly in advance. One-off work is invoiced on delivery.
  • The fee is fixed for the returns listed in your engagement letter. If your situation changes and a return is added, you are told in writing before it is first filed.
  • Earlier years that need putting right, tax office enquiries and the annual income tax return of the self-employed are quoted separately, in advance.
  • You can end the engagement at any time, with no penalty. Work in progress for the current period is completed or handed over.

Advisory work on a transaction, a relocation or a dispute is not priced here: see how we work.

Frequently asked questions

Why do holiday rentals show "plus VAT" and the others not?
Owners whose lettings carry VAT can deduct the VAT on our fee, so it is shown separately. The other fees are quoted with taxes included.
Is there a minimum term?
No.
Do fees go up with my income?
No. They depend on the work involved: invoices to record, properties, owners.
